David R. Weiss
David R. Weiss is a 1973 cum laude graduate of University of Wisconsin Law School. He has been licensed to practice in the states of Maine, Washington, and Wisconsin, as well as in the Tax Court and various Federal Courts. David is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Bath Brunswick Bar Association, and the National Association of Bar Presidents. David has served as President of the Bath Area Chamber of Commerce; Treasurer of the Bath Area YMCA; Coach, League Vice President and Director of Referrees for the Bath Area Recreational Soccer League; Assistant Coach of the Bath Babe Ruth league; Member (1991-2006) and President (1998-2000) of the Maine Maritime Museum Board of Trustees; and President of the Maine State Bar Association (1989). David has also served on the MSBA Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, and on the Maine Judicial Council Committee on ADR. David lives in Arrowsic with his wife, Sandy.
Adrianna DeRice graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Syracuse University. After graduating from college, Adrianna lived in Boston's North End for 5 years and worked in international student travel before returning to her home state of Maine. Once back in Maine, Adrianna worked in mortgage lending for 2 years until she began law school. During law school, Adrianna was a founding member and Secretary of the Business Law Association and interned at TD Bank's legal department. Adrianna is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Bath-Brunswick Bar Association, the Maine Estate Planning Council, and served on the Woodlands Country Club Membership Committee from 2009-2015. Adrianna is an avid golfer and loves to travel. She lives in Portland's Back Cove neighborhood.
Meghan L. Myers
Meghan is a 2014 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Penn State. During law school, she served as the Technical Editor of the Maine Law Review, interned with IDEXX and a boutique Portland law firm, and was a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Clinic. Prior to joining Weiss DeRice PA, Meghan had a solo practice in Westbrook focused on estate planning. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Estate Planning Council and was formerly on the board of Discover Downtown Westbrook. In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading, crafting, baking, photography, and spending time with her friends and family. Originally from the Deep South, she also grew up in Pennsylvania and now lives in Westbrook with her husband, son, and two rescue cats.
Our office manager, Cordana, graduated manga cum laude from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2014 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. After college, she worked as a paralegal and office manager at a firm in Farmington for 4 years before moving to Brunswick. Her interests include cooking and travel.
